Ingredients:
- 1 cup Dahi
- 1/4th cup water
- 3 teaspoons mustard oil
- 1 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp methi seeds
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 2 Dried red chillies
- Pinch of Hing
- 1/4th of an onion
- Salt TT
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
To Serve
- Rice
- Coriander
Process:
- Firstly, add water to the dahi and whisk.
- In a pan, heat mustard oil and add in methi seeds, coriander seeds, dried red chilies, hing, and saute.
- Add in chopped onions and saute until translucent.
- Afterward add the dry spices like turmeric, red chili powder, and salt and continue sautéing.
- Add a splash of water and dahi mix to the pan.
- Let it cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Finish it with some kasuri methi.
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
- Serve with hot steaming rice and papad and Enjoy!
