Ingredients You'll Need

  • 1 whole wheat roti
  • 100g boiled chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • Handful fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp besan (gram flour)
  • Spices: salt, aamchur, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, pepper, jeera powder
  • 3–4 garlic cloves
  • 2 green chillies
  • Juice of ½ lemon

How to make Falafel Wrap?

First, grind chickpeas, coriander, garlic, onion, chillies, besan, and all spices into a coarse paste. Spread this mix on a whole wheat roti. Cook both sides until crispy and golden.
