Krishna Shroff Opens Up About Tiger Shroff's Reaction to Her Participation in 'Chhoriyan Chali Gaon'

Fitness icon Krishna Shroff is all set to entertain the audience with her upcoming show 'Chhoriyan Chali Gaon' after performing deadly stunts on 'Khatron Ke Khiladi'. She, along with other contestants, will live in a village for 60 days, completely cut off from modern life. On the show, they will be seen embracing a real desi lifestyle, cooking on chulhas, fetching water, and learning village traditions, a whole new world for them. In a candid chat, Krishna shared her family's reaction to her participation in the show.

"My Father Was So Thrilled..."

Sharing her father Jackie Shroff and brother Tiger Shroff's reaction, Krishna told Times of India, “My father was so thrilled when he learned about this, he was like, ‘You have to do this.' All that he believes in, all that he promotes, this show represents that. I feel like by going through this process, I'll get to know him better."

As for Tiger and her mother's reaction, she added, “My brother was like, ‘Are you sure you want to do this?' He knows how much I love my comfort. My mother is excited about the idea but anxious about the time away. We are very close. This distance is new to both of us, but I think we'll emerge from it stronger."

Why Krishna Shroff Signed Up For 'Chhoriyaan Chali Gao':

For Krishna Shroff, signing up for Chhoriyaan Chali Gao is more about embracing discomfort for growth instead of leaving comfort. And the real challenge for her? To stay away from family for such a long time. “I'll return stronger and more independent," she remarked.

Well, there is a reason why Krishna Shroff opted for another reality show after Khatron Ke Khiladi. She admitted that she enjoys the reality space, calling it “raw, real, and fun." Krishna continued that it is a dream to be able to be yourself and get paid for it. Moving ahead in the chat, Krishna also added that reality space allows her to be myself and that she loves introducing herself to people as Just Krishna. “I enjoy it when people know me," she said.

Chhoriyan Chali Gaon, set to premiere on August 3, will be hosted by Rannvijay Singh Singha.
