What is Fafda Chaat Board

The Fafda Chaat Board promises to be the highlight of your Diwali celebration! It'll stand out amongst your guests as it has tadka dahi, boondi, raw papaya mango sambharo, fried green chilli, crispy curry leaves, and sev, which will surely tantalize all the taste buds.

How to Make Papaya & Raw Mango Sambharo

  • 1tbsp Oil
  • 1/2tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 Green chili
  • 1/4tsp Hing
  • A handful of Curry leaves
  • 1/2 Raw papaya, julienned
  • 1/2 a Raw mango, julienned

Add all of the above in fry pan and sauté for a minute.

  • 1/4tsp Haldi powder
  • 1/2tsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste

Then add haldi, sugar and salt and mix well. Your papaya and raw mango sambharo is ready.

Ingredients For the Hing rai Tadka For Hung Curd

1 tbsp Oil
1 inch Ginger, chopped
1 Green chili, chopped
A pinch of Hing
1/4tsp Haldi powder
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1 cup Hung curd

Prepare the tadka and then add it to the hung curd and mix well. Add salt to taste and again mix well.

For Plating:

Spread tadka dahi onto a board. Then add papaya & raw mango sambharo, methi boondi, fried curry leaves, fried green chillies, green chutney, nylon sev and Tadaaa your Fafda Chaat Board is ready to serve.
