Chef Guntas Sethi's 5 Easy Snack Recipes for a Healthy Lifestyle

In our busy lifestyles, eating healthy is easy to desire, but Chef Guntas Sethi has shared wholesome and quick recipes that are nutritious and not time-consuming. These snacks promise flavor without compromising health, and most importantly, are convenient to make.
For Chaat Cravings:
For the evening cravings, Chef Guntas Sethi has shared ‘Sweet Potato Chaat Bites' to satisfy them. The ingredients are simple:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 100 grams of soaked sprouts, finely chopped onion, and salt
- 2 tbsp curd
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp khatti meethi chutney
- The final plating: sliced sweet potato, layer curd filling and finally top it off with some green chutney, pomegranate, and sev.
High Protein Wrap:
- The chef has given a 2-ingredient flatbread recipe that can be easily prepared at home without the need for store-bought bread and make a wrap.
- For the flatbread:
- 200 grams cottage cheese/low-fat paneer
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes or until done. Then put in any filling along with pickled onion, yogurt, and pesto which makes for an easy and delicious high-protein wrap.
Air-Fried Delicacy:
Chef Guntas Sethi has shared an appetizing snack for those rainy days which can be prepared in an air fryer. Corn Fritters with Protein Dip.
For Corn Fritters:
1.5 boiled/charred corn
1 chopped onion
2 chopped green chilies
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp red chili powder
Finely chopped coriander
4 tbsp chickpea flour/Besan
2 tbsp rice flour
For high-protein dip:
- Paneer cubes
- Basil leaves
- Garlic cloves
Cheesy Bread Rolls:
- Mash boiled potatoes then mix in
- ½ tsp ginger paste
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- ½ tsp jeera powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1/2 cup boiled peas with finely chopped coriander
Next, cut the crusts of the bread, dampen with water, press it and put a slice of cheese, top in the potato mix – seal the bread rolls with water. Lightly coat the bread rolls in oil to make them easy to air-fry and crispy.
Healthy Dessert:
Chef Guntas Sethi has presented chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters which are high-protein yogurt bars. This easy-to-whip-up delight's recipe:
- Chop strawberries
- Mix in hung curd
- Protein powder
- Honey
Put in the freezer and then combine in melted chopped dark chocolate with butter.
