  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup jowar flour
  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup rock sugar or other sweetener
  • 4 cardamom pods
  • 150 gm unsalted butter
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ cup nut seed powder (walnut, almond, cashew, pumpkin seed)


  • Take some butter in the bowl
  • Make a fine powder of all the nuts and seeds.
  • Add cardamom pods and sugar powder and mix them well.
  • After mixing, roll it and cut cookie-sized pieces.
  • Finally, Bake for 10 minutes in an oven at 180cc.
