How to Make Lemon Coriander Noodles

Ingredients You Need

To prepare Lemon Coriander Noodles, you'll require:

• 2 noodle packets (140 gms)
• 2 tablespoons of oil
• 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
• 2 chopped green chillies
• 2 tastemaker sachets (noodle packet sachets)
• 1 lemon
• A pinch of coriander chopped handful
• A pinch of salt
• A handful of chopped onion or spring onion

Boil the Noodles First

• Boil water in a pan. Add the 2 noodle packets and heat until soft. Drain the water and reserve the noodles.

Prepare the Flavour Mix

• Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in another pan. Add green chilies and chopped garlic. Now add the noodle packets' tastemaker and mix it well.

Mix Noodles and Serve

• Put the boiled noodles in the pan. Drizzle the juice of 1 lemon over it. Mix chopped coriander with everything and mix it well. Add a pinch of salt and some chopped onions or spring onions. Mix well and serve hot.
