How to Make this Delicious Instant Rabri at Home

Instant Rabri Ingredients:

  • 2 Bread slices
  • 250g milk 1 cup
  • 3 Tbsps condensed milk
  • Pinch of saffron
  • 1/4th tsp cardamom
  • 2 bread slices
  • 1 Tbsps ground almonds
  • Kewra water
  • Pista to decorate

How to Make Instant Rabri: Process

  • Remove the sides of the bread and roughly chop the almonds.
  • Grind the bread and almonds into a coarse Powder.
  • Heat up milk in a Kadhai, and add water at the bottom to prevent it from burning.
  • Boil the milk for 4-5 minutes, as and when a layer of Malai forms on top, put it towards the side of the pan.
  • Add the condensed milk and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Then goes the cardamom powder, ground almonds, and ground bread.
  • Cook the mixture until it thickens up. You can adjust the consistency as per your preference.
  • Finish with some salt and Kewra Water.
  • Cool it down completely and serve it cold.
