1. Hard Work Without Smart Work

We often hear, "Work hard and you'll succeed." While that's partly true, hard work alone won't make you rich. Many people work long hours, even on weekends, but never stop to explore smarter ways to earn. They don't give even 1–2 hours a week to learn new income ideas. Without upgrading your skills or exploring passive income, you stay stuck.

2. Wanting Big Returns With No Risk

Middle-class thinking often focuses on safety. We want to get money without taking actual risks. As a result, we opt for fixed investments, stable jobs, and steady careers. However, low-risk choices do not yield high rewards. Playing it safe reduces growth. To progress faster, you must be willing to go outside of your comfort zone.

3. Seeking Approval From Others

This is a silent trap. We're too focused on what family or society will think if we fail. So, we don't take bold steps. We play small just to stay accepted. But big success often comes from walking a different path even if others don't understand it.
