  • 1 tsp poppy seeds

Method

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  • Drain the soaked masoor dal and blend it with yoghurt, Isabgol, olive oil, lemon juice, baking powder, and baking soda to form a smooth paste.
  • Shape the mixture into five balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the tops with sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and poppy seeds.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the buns are slightly browned.
  • Remove from the oven and allow them to cool well before serving.
