Kunal Kapur's Pasta Recipe:

To start this delicious adventure, fill a pan with one liter of water and sprinkle with one spoonful of salt. To ensure the correct consistency for your pasta, add 120 grams of pasta called penne and prepare till firm as the water attains an ongoing boil.

In the background, melt two teaspoons of butter in a different pan and stir-fry three tablespoons of diced onions and a half of a tablespoon of crushed garlic until flavorful. Before you add the main component, the mushrooms, enrich the recipe with the aromatic flavour of thyme sprigs. After adding salt and pepper to meet your needs, let the mushrooms absorb the flavors and take on a deep, warm flavour.

Here comes another coating of luxury, releasing their savory scent as the mushrooms cook. After draining and tossing with the mushroom blend, add two tablespoons of cream and one 100 ml of milk. Add a few green spinach leaves and let them gradually wilt in the delicious smooth sauce.
