Searching for a tasty and effortless way to relish mangoes this summer? Travel influencer Saransh Goila has posted an easy Mango Jelly recipe that's packed with flavors and really fast to prepare. Within 30 minutes, you can prepare a sweet and spicy dessert that is ideal for summer.

Ingredients:

  • 200g diced mango
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2g agar agar powder
  • A pinch of chili powder
  • A touch of salt

How to Make Mango Jelly

Begin by mixing the diced mango, sugar, and agar agar powder together. Stir until all becomes smooth and creamy. This is the foundation of your jelly. The sugar provides sweetness, and agar agar helps it to set firmly without the use of gelatin.

After blending your mango mixture, sprinkle a pinch of chili powder. It might sound strange, but it adds a great, spicy kick to the jelly that makes the flavor really stand out. It's that extra chatka Saransh Goila is referring to!

Pour the mixture into a pan and heat it on medium. Stir constantly until the mixture has thickened. Don't overheat—it only needs to heat enough for the sugar to dissolve and the agar agar to become active.

Once the mixture thickens, put in a small sprinkle of salt. This balances the sweet and spicy taste. Fill the greased tray or mold with the cooked jelly and cool it. You may store it at room temperature or refrigerate it.

After the jelly hardens, slice it into your desired shapes. It's sweet and slightly spicy and absolutely refreshing. Great as a dessert or snack—try it today!
