How to make Arbi ki Bhurji:

  • Start with peeling and cutting the arbi into long pieces.

  • Add the chopped arbi to the pan and mix well.
  • Keep it aside, On the other side, chop the onion and add it to the pan with the arbi.
  • Season the mixture with salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and dhaniya powder. And again, mix well.
  • Let the mixture cook until the arbi becomes soft and the onion caramelizes, stirring frequently with a ladle to avoid sticking.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander for a flavorful taste.
