Ingredients of Chilli Soya Chunk:

  • Soya chunks - 50 g
  • Corn flour- 1 Tbsp
  • Diced capsicum 
  • Diced onions 
  • Diced carrots 
  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • Homemade chilli paste -1 tsp
  • Black pepper
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1 spoon
  • Salt to taste 

Method:

  • Add soya chunks to warm water with salt.
  • Soak them for 10 minutes and then squeeze to remove water.
  • Soya marination- soya with ginger garlic paste, red chilli paste, salt , corn flour, Mix and coat well.
  • Take a cast iron kadai, add oil and soya.
  • Let them turn golden brown and keep them aside.
  • To the same kadai, add oil, chopped garlic , diced onions , diced carrots, diced capsicum , soya Sauce, vinegar, salt, red chilli paste. 
  • Sauté and add water and corn flour. 
  • Let it come to a boil and add soya to coat them with sauce.
