A healthy breakfast does not always have to involve elaborate cooking. Sadhguru has shared a simple breakfast recipe featuring soaked peanuts, fruit and water that can be prepared in just a few minutes. The spiritual leader recommends soaking the peanuts beforehand and blending them with fruit the next morning for a quick meal.
Sadhguru's Quick Breakfast Recipe:
The recipe begins with a handful of peanuts soaked in water for at least six hours. The soaked peanuts can either be eaten directly or blended with fruit and water. Explaining his choice, Sadhguru said, "One of the best breakfasts in the morning is soaked peanuts. It is full of vitality. Take a handful of peanuts and soak it for at least 6 hours. Then you can eat it in the morning."
For those who prefer a smoothie-like breakfast, he recommended adding fruit. "If you want a quick breakfast, then put it in a blender with some fruit. Banana goes very well with it. But if you don't want bananas, you can add some other fruit. Then add a little water and mix it well," he said.
Adjust The Consistency:
The amount of water can be changed depending on the preferred consistency. Sadhguru explained, "If you want a thick porridge, then add very little water. But if you want something like a milkshake, then add a little more water."
He also claimed that the drink can help people feel fresh for several hours. "A large glass of this peanut shake will keep you fresh for 4 to 5 hours," he said. Highlighting its quick preparation, he added, "You can prepare this breakfast in 3 minutes and eat it in 2 minutes. You will be ready for work in 5 minutes."
What Sadhguru said about asthma:
Sadhguru also discussed soaked peanuts in connection with asthma. "For asthma patients, it is very good to chew and eat this peanut," he said.
However, this is Sadhguru's personal recommendation and should not replace professional medical advice or prescribed asthma treatment. Anyone considering dietary changes for managing asthma should consult a qualified healthcare professional. Since peanuts are a common food allergen, people with a peanut allergy should avoid this recipe.
