Ingredients:

  • 100 grams of cubed paneer
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp maida
  • A pinch of salt
  • Pepper as per taste
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch
  • 1 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp amchur powder
  • Water
  • Corn flakes
  • Bread crumbs for coating
  • Oil for frying

Quick and Easy Steps

Start by tossing the paneer cubes with salt, black pepper and red chili powder. Add mixed corn flour, maida and dry spices in a bowl. Add water slowly to make a smooth batter. Crush the cornflakes roughly and mix them with bread crumbs - it will give your cheese a super crispy coating.

Dip the spiced paneer into the batter, roll it in the cornflake-breadcrumb mix, and deep-fry until golden brown and crispy.
