Popular fitness influencer Krishna Shroff, who is all set to participate in India's first stunt-based reality show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi' has spoken about her fitness journey, the preparation she did for this show and much more.

Here are the edited excerpts from this conversation:

This season of Khatron Ke Khiladi will be shot at a different location. What are your expectations? How do you feel about the fear of the unknown?

I am extremely excited that this is a whole new environment for myself, the entire crew, the production and the other contestants. It's going to be new for audiences as well which makes it even more exciting for me to step aboard the show.

What are the five essential items you've brought with you to Romania?

The five essential items I brought with me to Romania – the first is my phone to stay connected. Secondly, I think the most important thing is comfortable shoes so that I can perform stunts with ease. Number three is my skincare because I heard all contestants only have 20 minutes on the makeup chair and that's definitely not enough for me, so I'll make sure that my skin is on point. Number four would be I think my melatonin gummy bears so that I get a good night's rest and I'm ready to go for a long day of shoot every single day. And number five would be my headphones so that I can listen to some good music.

Which is the one stunt you're dreading to perform, and which is the one stunt you're excited to pull off?

I'm definitely dreading the shock stunts because no matter how tough you are or how much you prepare that's going to frighten everybody. I'm most excited about jumping from one truck to another specifically and also, I think anything to do with hanging off of a helicopter above the ocean and then jumping into the water.

From your perception of Rohit Shetty, what kind of stunt do you think he would curate specifically for you?

I feel like he's probably going to give me something more badass like the things that I'm into doing which is helicopter stuff or stunts related to trucks or something that is more action-based.

How did your family react when you told them you were joining Khatron Ke Khiladi?

There was definitely some nervousness initially because it's a very new concept for not just me for them as well, but I think very quickly that nervousness became excitement.

Name the top three things or people you will miss while you're away.

Of course, I'll miss my father, mother, and brother. It's just the four of us.

Which is the one contestant you're looking forward to competing with and which is the one contestant you think will be the first to lose a challenge?

Honestly, I feel like I don't know them well enough to make that judgment yet. But I do think this is going to be the hardest season of Khatron Ke Khiladi. I think the contestants that they've put together are some of the strongest that there have been on the show before. So, I think it's going to be a very exciting one for viewers.

From the previous seasons, which is the one KKK contestant who you draw inspiration from?

I think that's Karishma Tanna. Not just the fact that she won the entire show but the way she conducted herself and the way she was able to look so damn good doing it is inspiring.

What kind of special preparations have you done to face the stunts in Khatron Ke Khiladi?

I don't think any sort of preparation can truly prepare you for what they're going to throw at you. I've always been a physically active person so nothing's really changed much in my routine. But I do think it's definitely more of a mental game. At the end of the day, once you're there, you just need to conquer your mind to have your body follow.

What is the one fear you're hoping to conquer during this journey?

I think there's nothing specific. I'm just hoping to come back as a less anxious, less worried person and live a little more fearlessly, like I did as a child before life really hit.

This is your first reality show and the first time you're going to be on TV. How are you feeling?

I'm very excited. I'm prepared for all the long days and the repeated questions, just more work and less play. It's all part and parcel and I think, it's just such a massive platform and a fun show to be a part of. I'm excited for the reach that it's going to give me to a larger audience, and I'm just blessed to have this opportunity. This experience is one that money can never buy and I'm looking forward to it.

If on Khatron Ke Khiladi, it's you, Jackie sir and Tiger, who do you think will win or who would be the toughest competition for you?

I think I would win and out of the two of them, Tiger would probably be a tougher competition.
