  • Orry said, "I never got any apology. I can't stay friends with her"

Social media personality Orry recently shared details about strained friendships and changing equations within the entertainment industry during his appearance on Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi's show 'Double Date'. Among his most talked-about revelations was his fallout with Sara Ali Khan, whom he described as a longtime friend from his childhood and college years.

Genuine Friendships Matter:

During the conversation, Orry explained that he values authenticity in relationships and does not see the point in maintaining connections that no longer feel genuine.

Reflecting on his approach to friendships, he said, “I chase genuine friendship. I do not want to maintain a friendship that is not genuine. I am a fake person, main bahar se aur andar se poora nakli ho sakta hoon, if you want me to be fake.”

He also noted that some of his closest friendships, including those with Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor, go beyond social media appearances and public interactions.

Disappointment During Tough Times:

Orry also recalled feeling let down while participating in 'Khatron Ke Khiladi'. According to him, the reality show was mentally and physically demanding, and he expected greater support from people he considered close friends.

He revealed that some of them neither shared nor engaged with posts related to his journey on the show, which left him disappointed.

Speaking about the experience, he remarked, “Wo log saanp nikle.”

Orry Recalls Friendship With Sara Ali Khan:

The conversation took a personal turn when Orry was asked about people he had blocked or unfollowed. He brought up Sara Ali Khan, revealing that they had known each other since childhood and later studied together in college.

Recalling a challenging period in Sara's life, Orry claimed that he stood by her when many others encouraged him to distance himself.

“We were childhood friends, and we went to college together. We were in Goa when Sara was going through a very big case, and I was with her throughout this. Everyone was telling me to leave her, but I didn't,” he said.

Why Their Friendship Ended:

According to Orry, the friendship changed when he felt that Sara did not support him during a difficult phase in his own life. He also alleged that his interactions with Sara's mother, Amrita Singh, contributed to the breakdown of the relationship.

Explaining why reconciliation seems unlikely at the moment, Orry said, “If I pretend to be friends with her now, that means whatever her mother did to me, whatever she spoke about me to everyone else, that means she is okay with it. And I never got any apology. I can't stay friends with her.”

While Orry has publicly shared his side of the story, neither Sara Ali Khan nor Amrita Singh have responded to the claims so far.
