In a recent turn of events, popular social media sensation Elvish Yadav has issued a statement on Instagram addressing allegations that he was accused of hosting rave parties and dealing with snake venom. Elvish Yadav took to social media to assert that these accusations are entirely baseless and fake.

Elvish Yadav Refutes the Allegations

In his video statement, Elvish Yadav expressed his concern over the sensationalized news that had spread across various media platforms. He highlighted that he had been portrayed as arrested and caught with poisonous substances, which he vehemently denies. He firmly stated that all these allegations are entirely fabricated, and there is not even a 0.1 percent truth in them. Elvish Yadav expressed his willingness to cooperate with the Uttar Pradesh Police and the administration to clear his name. He urged the police and the respected Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath to thoroughly investigate the matter. He also requested the media to stop tarnishing his reputation.

The Controversy

As per media reports, five individuals in Noida had been arrested for supplying snakes and their venom for rave parties allegedly organized by Elvish Yadav. These parties were said to have taken place in various farmhouses in Delhi and its surroundings.

The individuals allegedly informed the police that Elvish Yadav had used the snakes to shoot videos for his YouTube and Instagram channels. Furthermore, it was claimed that the snake venom was consumed by attendees of these rave parties, which also featured foreign nationals.

As per a report in NDTV, the police have registered an FIR against six individuals, including Elvish Yadav, although as of now, Elvish Yadav has not been taken into custody.

The investigation led to the recovery of nine snakes, including five cobras, and their venom from the accused. These reptiles have been handed over to the Forest Department.

The arrests came following a raid on a rave party in Noida's Sector 49, initiated after a complaint from an animal welfare NGO. The accused individuals were reportedly capturing snakes from various locations and extracting venom, which they allegedly sold at a high price, highlighting the lucrative nature of this trade.

Elvish Yadav rose to fame after winning 'Bigg Boss OTT' Season 2 earlier this year. As investigations continue, the truth behind these allegations remains a matter of inquiry and substantiation.
