- 4–5 bunches of curry leaves
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp chana dal
- ½ cup roasted peanuts
- 5–6 dried red chilies
- 2 tbsp mustard seeds
- 2 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
- Salt to taste
Method
Prepare Curry Leaves
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add the curry leaves and sauté until crisp. Then Set aside.
Roast Spices
- In the same pan, roast chana dal, mustard seeds, jeera, and red chilies until aromatic.
Blend
- Combine the roasted spices, crispy curry leaves, and roasted peanuts in a blender.
