1. Pesto Pasta
Ingredients: Olive Oil, Garlic, Walnut, Salt, Basil Leaves, Parmesan Cheese
How to make: Prepare pesto by grinding olive oil, garlic, walnut, salt, basil leaves, and parmesan cheese. Boil pasta, mix with pesto, and add parmesan cheese.
2. Paneer Toast
Ingredients: Oil, Butter, Cumin Seeds, Onion, Tomato, Capsicum, Cabbage, Schezwan Sauce, Red Chilli sauce, Ketchup, Garam Masala, Pav Bhaji Masala, Red Chili Powder, Salt, Coriander, Paneer, Bread, Cheese
How to make: Stir-fry onions, tomatoes, and capsicum with spices. Prepare toast with butter, masala layer, paneer, and cheese. Cook until crispy.
3. Ragda Patties
Ingredients: White Peas, Turmeric, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Fennel Powder, Ginger, Coriander, Boiled Potatoes, Oil, Cumin Seeds, Green Chillies
How to make: Pressure cook white peas with spices. Prepare aloo patties with boiled potatoes, spices, and coriander. Shallow fry until crispy.
4. Vada Pav

5. Jhol Momo
Ingredients: Soybeans, white sesame seeds, peanut, oil, cumin seeds, sichuan peppercorns, garlic, ginger, green and red chillies, sliced onion, turmeric powder, tomatoes, coriander stems, salt
How to make: Toast nuts and seeds, then blend with spices and tomatoes. Prepare jhol soup by boiling the mixture with water and serving with momos.
