Steps To Claim Your Grandparents, Great Great parents Money

For unclaimed money that remained in the bank after the deaths of our grandparents, great great parents, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has launched a new centralized web portal, UDGAM (Unclaimed Deposits – Gateway to Access Information). You have the ability to obtain information regarding unclaimed deposits from 30 banks.

Follow these steps to register on UDGAM and check the status of your unclaimed deposits:

1. Visit the UDGAM website and log in using your credentials, mobile number, password, and captcha code.
2. Receive a one-time password (OTP) on your phone, enter it, and log in.
3. Input your name and select your bank from the provided list.
4. Provide identification details such as PAN, Voter ID, Driver's License, Passport, or Date of Birth. If unavailable, enter address and state details.
5. Click the search button to view any unclaimed deposits in your name. If the bank is unknown, select 'ALL' for a comprehensive search in under a minute.

In case some banks cannot be searched, you will receive a notification with the option to explore them separately. Reclaim your forgotten funds effortlessly with UDGAM!
