Shalini Passi on Shaving Her Hair Four Times: "I Don't Want To Style..."

Shalini Passi, who got overnight fame with her appearance in the series 'Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives' has made a shocking confession about shaving her hair. She mentioned that she had shaved her head four times.

"I Shaved My Hair At Tirupati"

In an exclusive conversation with NDTV, she revealed that she often donates her hair at the Tirupati Balaji Temple. She mentioned that she does not experiment much with her hair and does not style it often as she donates it to the temple. She said, "Even for me when I shaved my hair at Tirupati, I shaved it four times. So, for me also, I don't want to style my hair much. Because ultimately, I will donate it." She highlighted that she donated her hair last in 2018.

"All Of Us Are Sikhs..."

Shalini also talked about her roots in North India and Sikh culture. She discussed how Sikh people do not cut their hair and use accessories for their hair. She added, "Everything comes out of necessity. In North India, all of us are Sikhs. We don't cut her hair. So, when we don't cut our hair, how do you make it look different every day? By hairbands, clips, flowers, jhumka, tiara – whatever you can call them."

Earlier, in an interview, she mentioned how she likes the vegetables found in Delhi than the ones found in Mumbai. She also revealed that she does not take medications and tries to stay away from antibiotics as she wants her body to heal itself and increase immunity.

Shalini featured alongside Kalyani Chawla and Riddhima Kapoor Sahni as a part of the Delhi group in the latest season of the Netflix show, which brought back the original Mumbai ‘wives' Maheep Kapoor, Seema Sajdeh, Bhavana Pandey and Neelam Kothari. Shalini's eccentricities made her a standout on the show and attracted a lot of attention from her fellow cast members.
