Rubina Dilaik has opened up about the physical and mental challenges of participating in 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 15' after embracing motherhood. The actress revealed that her post-pregnancy body made the stunts significantly tougher than before, but her mental resilience kept her going. Rubina, who welcomed twin daughters Jeeva and Edhaa in 2023, said the experience taught her that determination and grit come from within, beyond physical strength and training.
