Urvashi Rautela recently attended the Cannes Film Festival, where she met other global icons and actors. Among others, it appears that she also had an interaction with Leonardo DiCaprio. Urvashi took to her Instagram handle and dropped a couple of pictures in which she was seen taking a selfie with Leonardo.

However, social media users found it difficult to believe Urvashi Rautela's claims. “Dear Urvashi, if you are the one who is spreading this and not a member of your family, I want to tell you that you are only insulting yourself and the dignity of a real star is created by her love for herself so that everyone respects her and not by running after the spotlight and fame in a way that does not suit her," one of the users wrote. “You are not 21, shut up," added another.

Recently, Urvashi Rautela has reacted to reports claiming she ‘blocked' a staircase at the Cannes Film Festival for her photoshoot, which disrupted others. On Tuesday, she issued a statement and slammed ‘cowardly lies' being spread against her. She claimed that she had permission for a photoshoot at the designated staircase and bashed those “thriving only on venomous attacks against hardworking outsiders who dare to shine".

“My team secured full permission for a photoshoot on a designated staircase, as did others, in strict adherence to every rule of the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, which I honour with unwavering respect," a part of Urvashi's statement read.
