Uorfi Javed Shares Her Gym Stories: "Didn't Realise My Workout Faces Were This Ugly"

Uorfi Javed often remains in the news with her unconventional and bold fashion looks on social media. But little did we know that the diva also takes her health seriously and is a fitness enthusiast. Recently, she treated her Instafam with a glimpse of her rigorous training session to achieve her dream body. But here comes a hilarious twist- her workout routine came as a big realization for the social media sensation, as she noticed the ugly faces she makes while exercising.

"I Had No Idea About The Ugly Faces..."

In a video, shared on Instagram stories, Uorfi could be seen doing a chest exercise inside a gym. She wore a white top paired with black and burgundy shorts and a blue cap. Sharing the clip, she wrote in the caption, "I had no idea about the ugly faces I made while working out before I recorded myself."

Another video on her stories depicted Uorfi doing planks with extra weight on her back. She wrote in the caption, “Time genuinely slows down while doing planks."

Uorfi's Latest Appearance at IIFA

Uorfi recently made a stylish appearance at the IIFA Awards which were held in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The event was extra special for her as she had her fan girl moment when she met her idol Kareena Kapoor Khan on the red carpet.

Sharing a picture with Bebo from the grand award night on Instagram stories, she wrote, "Met my idol @kareenakapoorkhan." During a conversation, she stated, "I saw Kareena Kapoor. Wo khud aaye mere pass and bole Urfi. Aur main behosh hone wali the, aur maine kaha ki mera award toh ho gaya. Main Kareena Kapoor se mil le baat khatam."

Uorfi arrived at the grand award function as her show Follow Karlo Yaar bagged a nomination at the IIFA Digital Awards 2025. However, the show wasn't a winner.

She is also known for her performances in TV shows such as 'Bepannah', 'Jiji Maa', 'Daayan', 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2' and others. Her career shot to fame, after her appearance on the controversial reality show 'Bigg Boss OTT Season 1'. Post that she appeared in numerous reality shows like 'Playground', 'MTV Splitsvilla 14' and 'Dance Plus Pro'.
