Munawar Faruqui Welcomes Baby Girl, Shares Heartfelt Post

Comedian and actor Munawar Faruqui and his wife Mehzabeen Faruqui have welcomed their first child together, a baby girl. The couple shared the happy news on social media, posting pictures that showed special moments while keeping their baby's face private.

In his post, Munawar wrote, “Ghar barkat aayi. Blessed. Alhamdulillah. Dua mein khas yaad rakhe (Remember us in your prayers).”

Munawar is known for keeping his personal life away from the public eye. His marriage to Mehzabeen in May 2024 was also a private event, with no official announcement at the time.The wedding became known only after some pictures went viral online. Reports suggested that it was a small and intimate ceremony, followed by a reception at ITC Maratha in Mumbai. Even then, Munawar chose to stay silent and keep things low-key.

This is Munawar's second marriage. He has a son from his previous marriage and continues to co-parent with him. As per reports, Mehzabeen also has a daughter from her earlier marriage.Earlier, in a chat with Nikhil Taneja, Munawar spoke about his parenting style. He shared that he teaches children to respect each other and believes that being a good partner also helps in becoming a good parent.
