Saisha Shinde, a well-known fashion designer and LGBTQI+ representative, recently shared her post-operation update on Facial Feminisation Surgery. Her social media post revealed how her transformation helped her become a confident and proud transgender woman.

Saisha became a household name after her appearance on 'Lock Up' season 1, a popular reality show hosted by Bollywood queen Kangana Ranaut. At the time of the show, she was still in the early stages of her transition and struggled to present herself as a woman in front of the public eye.

Saisha shared that she underwent Facial Feminisation Surgery to achieve a more feminine appearance. The procedure involves a combination of surgical and non-surgical techniques that alter the features of the face, such as the forehead, nose, jaw, and chin. After the surgery, Saisha's face became more feminine, and she spoke about how her confidence soared.

Saisha took to social media four months after her surgery, revealing the transformation and updating her fans and followers on her journey. Expressing joy and pride in her progress, she encouraged others to believe in themselves and their dreams.

Saisha reflected on her journey, acknowledging her challenges during her transition. She wrote, 'Dayummmmmmm I'm brave and maybe a little mad!!!! And here I am, one year later! Time to pat myself on the back. Good job, Saisha! Good job!'

Saisha Shinde's Instagram caption also included a touching reflection on her childhood struggle and the journey that led her to where she is today. Saisha wrote, "That little boy who used to make deals with God to make me a woman in my next life got to be one in this life itself!"

Saisha's fellow Lock Up contestant, Nisha Rawal, left a heartfelt comment, praising her for always being beautiful inside out. She wrote, 'You were always pretty inside-out! I am happy you are happy! Love.' Many others also expressed their pride and admiration for Saisha's journey and transformation, showing support and love.
