Anurag Dobhal Car Crash: Brother Says Suicide On Live Can't Turn Lies Into Truth

YouTuber Anurag Dobhal remains at the centre of controversy after his brother Atul Dobhal, also known as Kalam Ink, released a video reacting to serious allegations made against their family. The response has drawn attention because Kalam Ink claims the public narrative shifted dramatically after Anurag Dobhal's alleged suicide attempt and recent statements on social media.

Anurag Dobhal's Brother Denies Allegations:

The family dispute sparked controversy after Anurag Dobhal crashed his car on the Delhi–Dehradun highway on Saturday night, shortly after accusing his family members of mental harassment and torture. The YouTuber was admitted to the hospital following the accident and was reportedly placed in the ICU. Kalam Ink posted a detailed video on Instagram denying the accusations and asking for proof of several claims made by his brother.

Kalam Ink Says Narrative Changed After Suicide Attempt:

In the video, Kalam Ink spoke at length about how the situation escalated online after Anurag Dobhal's statements and the alleged suicide attempt. He argued that the public conversation shifted after the incident. “After the suicide attempt, the entire narrative changed. People forgot the proof we had presented and started trolling us instead."

“If attempting suicide on Instagram Live makes lies look like truth, then tomorrow I could also come live, pour petrol on my parents and harm them, and people would still sympathise with me. But I won't do that because I believe in logic and responsibility."

Kalam Ink further raised doubts about the circumstances surrounding the alleged suicide attempt and the social media activity around it. “If he was in depression and planning to commit suicide, then who was running the paid PR campaigns, him or his management?"

Kitchen Controversy Involving Anurag Dobhal's Wife, Ritika:

One of the allegations circulating online involved claims that Anurag Dobhal's wife Ritika had been stopped from entering the kitchen. Kalam Ink addressed the issue directly and said the situation had been misunderstood. According to him, the restriction was linked to religious customs observed after a death in the family.

“Ritika was stopped from cooking because there had been a death in our family. According to Hindu traditions, when someone close passes away, sweets and fried food are not prepared for some time. That is why she was asked not to cook in the kitchen," he said.

Kalam Ink Rejects Property Dispute Claims:

Another allegation addressed in the video involved claims that Kalam Ink had taken control of Anurag Dobhal's property or filed false cases against him. The rapper and YouTuber denied these claims and publicly called for an investigation. "If I have filed false cases or taken even a needle's worth of his property, then investigate me. If it is proven that I have taken anything, I should be punished, and the truth should come out."

Family Says They Are Receiving Threats:

The video also included claims that the family has faced threats since Anurag Dobhal blamed them publicly during a livestream. Kalam Ink said the statement had serious consequences for his parents and relatives. “You have eight million followers, and you said live that if you die, my parents, my brother, and his wife would be responsible," he said, adding that the situation quickly escalated outside their home. “Do you know how many people gathered outside our house after that? People are threatening to burn us alive if they see us outside."
