Natasha Noel is a yoga instructor and fitness enthusiast. She advocates body positivity. She often shares posts on social media about rejecting body parameters set by society for women. She keeps sharing posts about yoga postures and meditation on her social media.
She recently posted a video on social media flaunting her muscular body with a heartfelt note. Her note reads, 'Define your femininity...Also, do y'all think I should enter powerlifting, couple of people personally told me to and I like nahhh, I don't even lift that heavy. but do you think I could compete? Really? but u wouldn't even know where to start...Practice daily. Stay safe. Stay humble.'
In the video she shared, she can be seen flaunting her strong body, and she also mentioned how she is judged for being muscular. She quoted others and wrote, 'Women should not put so muscles, they look manly'.
Netizens are hailing her video and answering those whom she has quoted. A user wrote, 'You, you! so glad my boyfriend (now husband) made me follow you. I'm far from being strong or loving myself well, but you give me hope. Another commented, 'I say everyone is free to have their priorities and definition of perfection, without imposing it on someone....'
She addressed body positivity. She wrote, " I talk about everything under the sun to normalize normal shize. Why? Because I never felt normal in existing in my body. I was always told to fit in some box which I hated.'
