Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/3 cup finely chopped tomato
- 1/3 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 1/3 cup grated carrot
- 2-3 green chilies (adjust as per taste)
- Salt and sugar to taste
- 1-2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 2-3 tbsp thick yogurt (dahi)
- 2-3 tbsp crushed peanut powder (made by roasting and grinding peanuts)
How to make Koshimbir?
- Take a mixing bowl and add the chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, grated carrots, and green chilies.
- Add salt, sugar, and chopped coriander leaves.
- Then, add thick yogurt and crushed peanut powder for creaminess and sweetness.
- Mix everything well so that all the ingredients are combined.
