Ingredients: Onion, Tomato, Green Chilli, Garlic, Salt, Oil, Kashmiri Red Chilli, Garam Masala, Cumin Powder, Hot Water, Oregano, Black Pepper, Ketchup, Sugar, Carrot, French Beans, Capsicum, Sweet Corn, Macaroni
How To Make: Cook the spices and tomatoes until tender, then strain and mix into a fine puree. Bring the hot water and seasonings to a boil, then simmer for a short while. Add macaroni and vegetables, heat until done, and garnish with lemon juice and coriander.

Recipe 2: Tomato Saar

Ingredients: Tomato, Beetroot, Water, Fresh Coconut, Ginger, Green Chilli, Salt, Sugar, Rice Flour, Ghee, Urad Dal, Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, Fresh Coriander
How To Make: Combine coconut with ginger and green chilies to make flavored coconut milk. Boil and peel tomatoes, then blend with beetroot. Bring to a boil and simmer after adding the rice flour slurry, salt, and sugar. Temper the ghee with curry leaves, cumin, and urad dal, then add to the saar and garnish with coriander.

Ingredients: Basmati Rice, Water, Tomato, Olive Oil, Onion, Garlic, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Sugar, Ketchup, Black Pepper, Oregano, Basil Leaves, Sweet Corn, Capsicum, Carrot, Paneer, Chilli Flakes, Ginger
How To Make: Marinate paneer in a thick paste of garlic and basil. Cook the soaked rice in a thick tomato-basil sauce with vegetables until done. Grill the marinated paneer slices until brown on both sides. Serve the fluffy tomato basil rice with grated cheese, fresh basil leaves, and grilled paneer on top.

Ingredients: Tomato, Mustard Oil, Green Chilli, Garlic, Coriander, Water, Mustard Oil, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Onion, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Sugar, Garam Masala
How To Make: Roast tomatoes in mustard oil, peel and mince. Blend coriander stems, garlic, and green chilies into a coarse paste. Temper mustard oil with spices, sauté onions and the paste, add tomatoes and seasonings, and cook for a short time. Serve hot with rice or bhakri.
