Pull & Twist the ears: Start by carefully tugging and twisting your ears in a looping motion to drain the lymph nodes under the ear. This easy-to-do but powerful motion aids in the stimulation of the flow of lymph in the scalp and neck area, which helps flush out toxins and improves mental clarity.

Shoulder Shrug: Simply shrug your shoulders to release the lymph from the neck and shoulder area. This exercise promotes calm and increased blood flow by releasing stress in the neck, shoulders, and lymphatic drainage in this important region.
