Parul Gulati has revealed that her Goa Airbnb venture is not delivering the returns she once expected. The Nish Hair founder admitted that her luxury villa, Malkin House, currently rents for around ₹11,000 per night, far below her earlier projection of ₹40,000. Speaking on Sharan Hegde's podcast, Gulati said rising competition, an increase in luxury villas, and a lack of understanding about seasonal demand impacted her expectations.
