Elvish Yadav Faces ED Chargesheet Over Alleged Use Of Protected Wildlife In Video Content

Elvish Yadav has been making headlines once again. According to reports, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a charge sheet against Elvish Yadav and singer Fazilpuria. The chargesheet has been filed for allegedly using protected species in their videos.

ED Has Filed Chargesheet Against Elvish Yadav and Fazilpuria:

Elvish has once again stirred controversy after reports of him, along with singer Fazilpuria (aka Rahul Yadav), using protected species in their videos surfaced. The singer, who is also the creator and owner of the music video “32 Bore”, reportedly used protected wildlife species in violation of the law. Elvish Yadav is also a part of those videos.

The ED learned that Fazilpuria generated, acquired, possessed, and used proceeds of crime (POC). He is now facing money laundering charges under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). Elvish Yadav, on the other hand, allegedly uploaded a video featuring protected wildlife that generated a revenue. Elvish Yadav has not shared a statement about the matter yet.

Recently, Elvish Yadav recently visited the revered saint Premanand Ji Maharaj at his Vrindavan ashram. Yadav's visit was heartfelt, reflecting humility and respect, and fans across social media praised the influencer for his sincerity and devotion. During the meeting, Premanand Ji Maharaj responded to news of Elvish's presence with serene acceptance. “What can I say about my health now? Both my kidneys have failed. But by God's grace, I can still meet and speak with you all. There's nothing left to fix, today or tomorrow, we all must go," the saint said, leaving devotees deeply moved.

In a touching exchange, the saint inquired if Elvish practiced chanting (Naam Jap). When Elvish admitted that he did not, Premanand Ji gently encouraged him, saying, “You should do it, even a little. You're successful today because of your past good deeds. But what about today? Chant God's name, what will you lose? Wear a counter ring and chant 10,000 times daily. Will you do it?"

Elvish Yadav humbly agreed, committing to chant the divine name “Radha" 10,000 times every day. His willingness to follow the saint's guidance resonated with fans, who applauded his sincerity and found inspiration in his embrace of spirituality.
