Tanishaa Mukerji on Her Feud with Kajol: "We Were Just Teasing..."

Tanishaa Mukerji has recently opened up about the viral video from Durga Puja in which she was seen arguing with Kajol. She said that they were not fighting and they were just teasing each other.

"We Are Siblings..."

She said, "We are siblings. We were not fighting. We were just tana maro-ing each other which is normal. We were just teasing and playing. We didn't think twice about it because it was a private situation. We were in our private Durga Puja; the media had come from outside. They should also respect our privacy."

"My Family Is Very Progressive..."

In a chat with the YouTube channel The Sameep Ved, when she was asked if they ever guided her in the movies, she said, "No, why will they do that? Why would anybody do that? Everybody has a right to make their own choices in life and I think my family is very progressive, in the way that they are very independent, self-contained human beings."

"They Don't Feel The Need To Control..."

She added, "They don't feel the need to control somebody in their family or control somebody else. I would never presume to tell Kajol what she should do or tell Ajay what he should do. And I don't think they would presume because it's your life, you have to live with the consequences of your life."

"Kajol Fights With Me..."

Tanishaa was then asked about the three qualities that she does not like about her sister and she said, "That she fights with me. She has this amazing ability to just shut me down sometimes, like when I am trying to be really smart and all and then she will just like one comment will come and she will shut me down. I hate that, very irritating. And she is always trying to be Mom's favourite but I am mom's favourite."
