Ssunita Ahuja Addresses Rumors About Govinda's Affair: "I've Also Heard It's A Marathi Actress..."

Amid months of speculation about a third person in Govinda and Ssunita Ahuja's marriage, Ssunita has finally spoken out about the actor's alleged affair with a Marathi actor. While social media has been abuzz with talk of a third person in their relationship, Ssunita has made it clear that she will only believe what she personally witnesses.

"I Have Heard That It's A Marathi Actress..."

Speaking on a podcast with Paras S Chhabra, Ssunita shared her views on the reports claiming that Govinda is involved with a 30-year-old Marathi actor. “I have said this many times to the media that I have also heard it. But, till the moment I don't see him with my own eyes or catch him red-handed, I can't declare anything. I have heard that it's a Marathi actress,” she said, adding that rumours alone don't define the truth.

"Govinda Should Be Thinking About Settling His Daughter"

She further remarked that at this stage in their lives, Govinda should be focusing on family responsibilities. “This is not the age to do all of this. Govinda should be thinking about settling his daughter, and son Yash's career. But, I have also heard the rumours and said that till the time I don't open my mouth, don't trust anything. I have even told the media that I will always say the truth because I don't lie,” she added.

During the conversation, Ssunita also spoke about her own professional journey and financial independence. “It's going really well. I got the YouTube silver button within four months of vlogging. A woman should stand up on her own. It gives another level of happiness to earn your own money. Your husband gives money, but he will give once after asking 10 times. Your own earning is your own,” she shared, encouraging women to be self-reliant.

Maintaining her usual humour, Ssunita also joked about wanting a bigger house from Govinda. “This house is small for us. I want to say through this podcast, ‘Chichi, buy me a big 5-bedroom hall house, otherwise see what happens to you',” she laughed, revealing that she currently lives with their children Tina and Yashvardhan, while Govinda stays elsewhere.

The veteran star's wife also addressed her long-standing differences with nephew Krushna Abhishek, confirming that the family has moved past old disputes. "I have no fight with any kid now, both of them are my own children and they are the sweetest. This is not the age to fight with each other now. Krishna was brought up by me for most of his childhood. I have forgotten about everything now. I just want all the kids to be happy and smiling together. I want Aarti to become a mother soon, she comes home to tie rakhi to Yash,” she said warmly.

Govinda and Ssunita, who got married in 1987 and kept their marriage under wraps until the birth of their daughter Tina in 1989, have long been one of Bollywood's most admired couples.
