Hina Khan, who is currently undergoing treatment for stage 3 breast cancer, recently opened up about the visible side effects of her chemotherapy. Taking to Instagram Stories, she shared a close-up of her darkened, brittle nails—a common aftereffect of the harsh treatment. However, her honest post soon drew criticism from Rozlyn Khan, who accused Hina of using the moment for publicity.

Rozlyn didn't hold back and wrote, "M I being insensitive while talking about someone's nail color?? This is normal darling for every cancer patient.,! Ye jaan lewa nahi hai..! Yahan to intestines bleed hua joints bleeding hui and I never ever cried for publicity Chahiye kya iss aurat ko??"

Hina Khan Chooses Not to React:

While Hina refrained from responding to Rozlyn's remarks, she instead continued to focus on her personal journey and recovery. Recently, she shared another emotional update about performing Umrah in Mecca, just months after her surgery.

Recalling the experience, Hina wrote, "I was extremely sad to be honest but I kind of made peace with it ki iss baar nahi hoga.. Aur hina tum koi stunt nahi karogi.. but when God wants you to come to his house, the universe listens. And it just happened, it was His wish that I got to touch the Holy Kaba too. Muslims will understand how difficult it is to be able to do it, especially in the month of Ramadan."

About the Diagnosis:

In July 2024, Hina first revealed her diagnosis with a heartfelt note on Instagram, informing fans she had been diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. “I have been diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. Despite this challenging diagnosis, I wish to reassure everyone that I am doing well. I am strong, determined and fully committed to overcoming this disease. My treatment has already begun and I am ready to do everything necessary to emerge from this even stronger," she wrote.

She concluded her announcement by adding, “I kindly ask for your respect and privacy during this time. I deeply appreciate your love, strength and blessings. Your personal experiences, anecdotes and supportive suggestions would mean the world to me as I navigate this journey. I, along with my family and loved ones, remain focused, determined and positive. With the grace of the almighty, we believe I will overcome this challenge and will be completely healthy. Please send your prayers blessings and love."

Despite the noise, Hina Khan continues to stay focused on her healing, sharing moments of strength, gratitude, and faith with her followers.
