What does holistic well-being mean to you?

For me, holistic well-being is about feeling aligned on every level, physically energised, mentally clear, and emotionally grounded. It's not just about hitting the gym or drinking green juices; it's about creating a life that supports purpose and inner peace. Yoga plays a central role in this for me. It's not just movement, it's a practice that connects breath, body, and mind, helping me stay present and resilient. When all parts of you feel nourished and connected, that's true wellness.

How do you prioritize self-care in your daily routine?

Self-care is non-negotiable. Whether it's 20 minutes of silence in the morning, a deep conditioning hair spa at Alive Wellness, or a quick meditation between shoots, I carve out moments that are mine.

What role do you think mindfulness plays in maintaining mental health?

Mindfulness is everything. It's the art of being present, of not letting the noise of the world drown your inner voice. In our industry, especially, where energy can be overwhelming, mindfulness helps me stay centred and mentally resilient.

How do you balance physical fitness with mental well-being?

Fitness isn't just a physical pursuit; it's deeply mental. The breathwork, mindfulness, and movement in yoga help me connect inward while building strength and flexibility. I find that when I truly honour my body, I naturally uplift my mood and mental state. The key is to listen. Some days I stretch, some days I dive into a deep yoga flow or meditation, and other times, a simple walk in nature is enough. It's about tuning in and choosing what my body and mind need most in that moment.

What are some of your favourite ways to relax and unwind?

A long bath infused with essential oils, curling up with my daughter and a good movie, or escaping to the mountains for a quick retreat—these are my go-to resets. How important is nutrition in your overall wellness routine?

Nutrition is the foundation of everything. I truly believe that food is medicine. I eat mindfully, intuitively, and as clean as possible.

Do you have any favourite fitness activities or exercises?

I'm a big fan of pilates and yoga, they sculpt the body but also soothe the nervous system. Fitness for me must feel joyful, not forced.

How do you manage stress and maintain a positive mindset?

I've learnt to welcome stillness. Breathwork, journaling, gratitude, and surrounding myself with uplifting energies help. And when life gets intense, I remind myself: this too shall pass. Positivity is a daily practice, not a default setting.
