Riddhima Kapoor on Her Daughter Samara's Trolling: I Want Her to Delete Her Account

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor's sister Ridhima Kapoor Sahani opened up about online scrutiny of her daughter Samara Kapoor Sahani recently. She said that she wants her to delete her social media accounts. She also asked her daughter to ignore such trolls if she wanted to be on social media.

I Don't Think It's Fair: Riddhima

In an exclusive interview with Galatta India, talking about her daughter's online scrutiny, Riddhima said, "There will be people who will love you or like you. Either you develop a thick skin, and I don't think it's fair to tell a 13-year-old to develop a thick skin. But this is the choice that she is making. She wants to be on social media, I don't want her to be on social media. I want her off.”

Riddhima Talks About Neetu Kapoor:

Riddhima also reveals how her mother Neetu Kapoor helps her in disciplining Samara, she added, “My mother is on my team. She knows what I go through with her.  She is very strict when he comes to Sam  (Samara). She says, ‘Meri beti akeli thodi hi discipline karegi? (How will my daughter alone be able to bring in discipline in her?) I have to help my child. My mother-in-law, on the contrary, is very kind."

For unversed, Samara faced severe trolling for posing for paparazzi stationed at the airport. Several unpleasant comments were also posted on her social media posts.

On the work front, Riddhima is all set to make her acting debut with Netflix's 'Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives‘ next season.
