Jasmin Bhasin Opens Up About Panic Attacks After Sidharth Shukla's Demise: "I Have Only Heard About Such Things..."

Sidharth Shukla's demise in 2021 left a huge void in the hearts of his millions of fans and friends from the industry. Jasmin Bhasin, who worked with the late actor in the daily soap 'Dil Se Dil Tak', recently opened up about her emotional struggles after learning about the news of Sidharth's death. She also revealed having panic attacks and expressed guilt for not spending much time with him.

In a conversation with Siddharth Kannan, Jasmin Bhasin revealed that her 'Dil Se Dil Tak' co-star, Sidharth Shukla's death was extremely shocking for her. She mentioned that the incident happened so suddenly that it even triggered an anxiety attack.

She expressed her guilt over not being able to spend much time with the actor and told Siddharth Kannan, "Sab log bolte hain, ‘Waqt ka kuch pata nahi.' Hum sirf bolte hain, follow nahi karte. Iss case mein sach mein aisa hi ho gaya — pata hi nahi chala, suddenly ho gaya. (Everybody says, ‘No one knows about time.' We just say it, we don't follow it. In this case, something like this really happened – I had no idea, it happened suddenly.)"

"It Really Disturbs Me..."

She even mentioned that discussing the actor's death ‘really disturbs her', and that is the reason why she keeps avoiding the same. She added, “Jo achhe log hote hain, unko bhagwan jaldi bula leta hai (God calls good people early to him)."

Further, Bhasin disclosed how the incident was so unexpected that it triggered an anxiety attack as she couldn't even properly bid adieu to her co-star. “We had a lot we wanted to talk about because we met after a long time on the Bigg Boss sets. In my life, maine sirf suna tha anxiety attack aur panic attack ke baare mein — kya hota hai (I had only heard about anxiety attacks and panic attacks — what is it) — but I actually felt it. Just the shock… that he left without a goodbye."

Revealing how the two stars would often tell each other, “Haan milte hain, haan milte hain (Yes, we'll meet, yes, we'll meet)" in their chats, but he suddenly left for his heavenly abode. While discussing the same, Bhasin even broke down emotionally.
