Gauahar Khan Opens Up About Balancing Professional Life With Pregnancy: "My Second Pregnancy Is More Difficult..."

Gauahar Khan and her husband Zaid Darbar are all set to welcome their second child, having shared the joyful news in April. Throughout her pregnancy journey, she has kept fans updated on her lifestyle and professional commitments. Now, she's opened up about how she manages to strike a balance between her pregnancy, personal life, and work responsibilities.

"I'm Trying To Stay Super Active Through My Work..."

Gauahar Khan posted a video answering one of her fans' questions. A fan asked her how she balanced her profession, podcasting, and personal life during her second pregnancy. She responded with a video, stating that she is unable to exercise regularly and is instead attempting to stay active through her profession.

She said, “I'm not working out a lot, and hence I'm trying to stay super active through my work. This is a great question, as I recently started my podcast as well, but I like being active and getting all the work done. In my last pregnancy, I worked till almost nine months with Zehaan being my first."

"My Second Pregnancy Is More Difficult"

Speaking about her second pregnancy, she said, “I can't say that I'm more chill this time around. My second pregnancy is more difficult. Each pregnancy is very different, and what you feel each time is different. There are too many myths surrounding pregnancy, but the whole experience is very personal, and it differs from one woman to another. You can't say that yeh hi hota hai toh yeh hi hoga."

Gauahar married Zaid Darbar, the son of music composer Ismail Darbar, in 2020. The couple had their first child, Zehaan, in May 2023.

Gauahar recently launched an online platform called MaaaNoranjan to share unique experiences regarding her pregnancy journey. In one of them, she also mentioned having a miscarriage before welcoming her son.
