Elvish Yadav Gets New Summon in Money Laundering Case

YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav continues to make headlines with his snake venom case. Now, he has received a fresh summon to appear before the Enforcement Directorate on Monday in Lucknow for questioning in a money laundering case linked to the snake venom case. He was also summoned by the central agency in the month of July. As per the reports, he will record his statement at its zonal office in Lucknow. 

Elvish Yadav Gets New Summon:

The central agency had registered the case in May and pressed charges under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) after taking cognisance of an FIR and a charge sheet filed against Elvish Yadav and linked persons by police in Uttar Pradesh's Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida)

About Elvish Yadav's Snake Venom Case Controversy:

Earlier in March this year, Elvish was arrested by Noida Police and was sent to 14 days of judicial custody in connection with a snake venom case. As per reports, during his judicial custody, Elvish reportedly mentioned the name of singer Fazilpuria. He had also admitted that he met all the arrested accused, including Rahul (snake charmer), at different rave parties and was acquainted with them.

Last year, based on a complaint filed by the People For Animals (PFA) organization, the Noida Police raided a banquet hall located in Sector 51 and arrested five people. The PFA in its FIR named Elvish and accused him of organizing rave parties in which they invite foreigners and arrange poisonous snakes.
