Rapper-singer Badshah was recently spotted in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, where he paid a visit to spiritual leader Premanand Ji Maharaj. A video of the visit has now surfaced online, showing the artist quietly listening as his brother posed a profound question to the guru about life, truth, and relationships.
Badshah Visits Premanand Maharaj In Vrindavan:
In the clip, Badshah's brother asks, “Iss duniya mein jitne logon ko satya sunne ki iccha hai, lekin jab satya bolte ho toh rishte door ho jate hain, pyaar bhi door ho jata hai… Aisa lagta hai jaise kisi ne shraap de diya ho – insaan khatam ho jata hai, na karm kar pata hai, na apna kaam." (In this world, many desire to hear the truth, but the moment it's spoken, relationships drift, love fades, and one feels cursed—unable to act or even fulfill responsibilities.)
Badshah was seen listening intently to the spiritual discourse, with fans on social media calling it a rare glimpse into the rapper's contemplative side.

FWICE Issues Notice to Badshah Over US Concert:
While the rapper's spiritual outing drew positive reactions, controversy brewed on the professional front. The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has issued a letter to Badshah regarding his upcoming show Badshah's Un-Finished Tour, scheduled for September 19, 2025, at the Curtis Culwell Center in Dallas, USA.
According to FWICE, the concert is allegedly sponsored by 3Sixty Shows, a company owned and operated by Pakistani nationals. Citing government directives, FWICE reminded Badshah that Indian artists are prohibited from professional collaborations with Pakistani nationals or organizations connected to Pakistan in light of ongoing cross-border hostilities.
The letter reads, “We request your immediate clarification regarding your association with this event and the said organizers. We trust that as a respected Indian artist, you will uphold the sentiments of the nation and the directives issued by FWICE and the Government of India."
For context, the ban on collaborations came into effect after the Pahalgam terror attack in April 2025, which was followed by an Indian counter-terror strike targeting infrastructure across Pakistan.
