Breaking up feels like the end of the world, but trust me, it's not. You will get through this phase. But you must promise to help and support yourself through the journey.
1. Accept the Reality
The first step in healing is acceptance. If you keep chasing your ex or trying to bring them back, you will make the process even harder. Let them go.
2. Avoid the Breakup-Patchup Cycle
Constantly breaking up and coming back together forms a trauma bond, making it more difficult to go on. Don't let yourself become locked in this pattern.
3. Express Your Feelings
Cry, scream, talk to a friend, or write in a journal. Let your emotions out. But avoid stalking their social media or looking at old pictures—this will reset your progress.
4. Do Things You Love
Even if you don't feel like it, push yourself to engage in activities that make you joyful. Small changes, such as meeting friends, getting a haircut, or getting a facial, can help improve your attitude.
5. Exercise and Connect with Nature
Moving your body releases stress and helps in healing. A simple walk in the park or a workout session can do wonders for your mind.
6. Pray for Strength
If you feel weak, close your eyes and pray to God or the universe. Believe that you have the strength to heal.
7. Soothe Yourself with Self-Love
Don't judge your feelings. Cry if you need to, meditate, or repeat positive affirmations. Most importantly, love yourself—because right now, you need your love the most.
Healing takes time, but you will come out stronger. Keep going!
