BK Shivani describes that what we say and what we think must be the same. If a thought is not worth saying out loud, it may not be worth thinking at all. If there is a difference between what we think in the heart and what we speak outside, then it generates stress and drains our energy. The Energy Behind Words Is Felt by Others

She provides a straightforward example. Suppose someone comes to your house for dinner time. You say to yourself, "It's late; I have office tomorrow," but you tell them, "You have to join us for dinner." These are two entirely different energies. The individual gets both of them: your polite words and your real thoughts. We are not even aware of it, but others catch both kinds of energy: spoken and unspoken vibrations.

BK Shivani advises shifting the change at the thought level. We need to clean our thinking first if we wish to be truly happy.
