Here are a few edited excerpts of this delightful conversation;
Share a cherished childhood Holi moment that's stayed with you.
Surprisingly, I don't have any childhood memories of Holi, only childhood traumas related to it. Being from MP, I've never seen a messier Holi than the way it's celebrated there. People would grab anyone and throw them into grease or mud. I was terrified to step out of my house. The only thing I enjoyed was filling water balloons and throwing them out of my window. Other than that, Holi always scared me.
How does your family celebrate Holi, and what makes it special?
My family doesn't really play Holi. My mom and dad don't play Holi much, but yes, going out and celebrating Holi with my friends is something I really look forward to. Holi symbolizes the victory of good over evil and is a festival full of colors. It's amazing how you meet people after years, and with just a simple "Bura na mano, Holi hai," you color them with joy. For me, Holi is all about bringing color to the lives of those who feel like my own

What's the most unforgettable Holi party you've had with friends?
One of my most memorable Holi moments was in Bir Billing, Himachal, with Rajat, a very dear friend of mine. We were on a holiday, which happened to extend into the Holi celebrations. It was my first time experiencing Holi there, and believe me, celebrating it with the people there was absolutely amazing!
