Jackfruit Ice Cream Recipe-

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of ripe jackfruit (chopped)
  • 1 cup of thick coconut milk (full-fat)

Instructions:

  • Blend: Start by blending the jackfruit into a much smooth puree. Make sure there are no chunks left.
  • Mix: Add the coconut milk to the jackfruit puree and mix until it's smooth and much uniform.
  • Freeze in Moulds: Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray or the silicone moulds. Cover with a cling wrap and freeze it for overnight.
  • Blend Again: Once its fully frozen, pop out the cubes and blend it again until its much creamy.
  • Final Freeze: Transfer the whole mixture into a container, cover it with cling wrap directly touching the surface (to prevent ice crystals), and freeze for around 4–5 hours.
  • Scoop: Before serving it, let it sit at room temperature for about 10–15 minutes so it scoops very easily.

Use full-fat coconut milk for the smooth and creamiest texture.
