  • Rock salt (to suit your preference)

Way to prepare: Blend the coriander, raw mango, ginger, green chilli, and onion.
Incorporate the tamarind pulp, jaggery, jeera powder, rock salt, garam masala, and pudina. Mix thoroughly. Pudina chutney is prepared for consumption.
