- half a tiny onion, Two to three little raw mango slices (optional), one tablespoon of pulped tamarind, green chilies (to taste), 1 & 1/2 tsp jaggery (do not add sugar), One-half teaspoon of jeera powder, One tsp garam masala
- Rock salt (to suit your preference)
Way to prepare: Blend the coriander, raw mango, ginger, green chilli, and onion.
Incorporate the tamarind pulp, jaggery, jeera powder, rock salt, garam masala, and pudina. Mix thoroughly. Pudina chutney is prepared for consumption.
