  • 1 tsp of grated ginger

  • Salt to taste

  2. Knead a semi-soft dough using water and 1 tbsp of oil.
  3. Roll small balls of dough into thin theplas.
  4. Cook on a medium-hot tawa, flipping when small bubbles appear.
  5. Smear some oil or ghee, flip, and cook until done.
